Piano Guild Testing Recitals

Students entering the Piano Guild Auditions will perform pieces from memory as well as scales and cadences.

SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2026 – 12:00 NOON

Students not entering the Piano Guild Auditions will perform for parents and family friends.

SATURDAY, MAY 8, 2026 – 10:00 AM

Englert Music Honors Studio Recital

Students who participated in Piano Guild Auditions will receive their certificates and pins, and will perform select pieces from their Guild programs for parents and family friends.

OCTOBER 2026-Dates, Times and Location To Be Determined

Local Festival Auditions and Honors Recital for Dorothy Sutton Performance Festival through Lancaster Music Teachers Association (LMTA)

Piano students will perform two contrasting memorized pieces and theory test. Students that audition and receive a Superior Rating and an 85% or more on their theory test will perform in the Honors Recital.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2026 – Recital Times To Be Determined

Pennsylvania Music Teachers Association (PMTA) State DSPF Showcase Recitals at Elizabethtown College

Qualified students from the Dorothy Sutton Performance Festival (DSPF) will perform.
